That sounds like an oxymoron…you know, a combination of contradictory terms. I’ve heard a lot ‘if only (he/she) would just do what I say, it would be easy.’
Trust me, I’ve been there.
Good relationships of any kind, whether at work, home, with family and friends or wherever you are, take work…constantly, but I’m convinced they are worth it. Some relationships come easy, others require more effort and attention.
You can’t change the other person. But you can change the way you respond to them, and ultimately that will bring about change in them.
Let me show you how people are predictable, and you can learn to work with them instead of against them.
